Hpa-An | 27 July 2026

The closing ceremony of the Basic First Aid Training (1/2026), jointly organized by the Kayin State Red Cross Supervisory Committee and the Hpa-An University Red Cross Branch, was held at Hpa-An University on 27 July.
The ceremony was attended by Kayin State Chief Minister U Saw Myint Oo, who delivered remarks. Remarks were also delivered by U Myint Naing, the Kayin State Red Cross Brigade Officer. Professor Dr. Omma Myint Htoo, Chair of the Hpa-An University Red Cross Branch, presented the training report.
During the ceremony, outstanding participants received awards, while uniforms, first aid training materials, and first aid kits were presented to participants.
The Basic First Aid Training (1/2026) was conducted from 12 to 26 July 2026, with the participation of 239 participants.
