Over the past few months, together with the Buthidaung branch of the Myanmar Red Cross Society (MRCS), we facilitated two first aid trainings for 40 participants, including Red Cross staff and volunteers as well as 20 community members living in IDP sites in Buthidaung.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">U Kyaw, a community representative was keen to impart his new knowledge to his community members. After the three day-training he said \u201cI am very happy with this training and what we have learnt here from the Red Cross. I really think that in the future I can help the people of my village with doing a bandage and stopping a bleeding or stabilizing of a broken arm.
