On the occasion of the New Year, the 1st day of the Myanmar calendar, 1388, marking the end of the old year and the beginning of the new year, I would like to extend my best wishes to all Red Cross members, Red Cross personnel, Red Cross volunteers, Red Cross staff, and citizens across the country, wishing them all a happy and healthy New Year, and to bring them safety and well-being.
